One of the few three bedroom, two bathroom penthouses in luxury complex in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico accommodates up to 6 guests. Witness unforgettable sunsets over the sea from our large rooftop terrace, or enjoy inside our comfortable mezzanine family room.
Common areas include two amazing pools, one large infinity pool with the view of the ocean and Crash Boat Beach, the other with a relaxing water fall. Gazebo, lounging areas and award-winning lush landscape surrounds the gated area.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Gated/ security guard apartment complex located in calm neighborhood. Gas stations (1 minute car ride away), supermarket (3 min), local restaurants on #107 (1 min), fast foods (2 min), Crash Boat (less than 5 min), Downtown rests and beach (8 min). Road #110 with different local restaurants (12 min away).

All of the apartment is intended for guests' use. The apartment is private for you, the complex pools, gazebo, playground are part of the common areas. You will have two assigned parking spots in front of the apartment.
Highlights of our space include our spacious rooftop terrace with confortable seating and ocean view, cozy mezzanine with TV and sectional sofa, ocean view infinity pool and that the Crash Boat Beach is only a 5 minute car ride away.

The property is 2 minutes from Route #107 which is one of the main roads in Aguadilla which leads you to its neighboring town Isabela within 10 minutes. Isabela is also known for its beaches and restaurants.
The following are the recommended local restaurants nearby: Run Sushi Run (Japanese takeout/ dine-in), The Reef (fresh seafood), Levain Bakery (sandwiches and brunch, they make many different breads in-house. Del Romano Pizza food truck (located in route #2, serves delicious firewood pizza), Ciento10 (tapas and cocktails on Rt. #110), Timber and Blues (Bar and Tapas), Desecheo (caribbean food & local dishes).
Newly remodeled Marina del Rey “boardwalk” in Downtown Aguadilla (5 minutes away) has different kiosks, restaurants, coffee shops & bars right on the beach coast.
*The property has easy access to Route #2 (one of the main roads in Puerto Rico) that leads you to the west coast. We suggest to visit Rincon, which is only a 25 minute ride and is well known for surfing and has very good restaurants & bars as well). Aguada, only 15 minutes away has many restaurants & bars located on the beach coast as well.
